Our Youth Group rocks!

The youth group at JRC seeks to empower teenagers to walk in the way of Jesus.

Our youth live in a culture that challenges the authority of Jesus and promotes worship of self. That’s why we believe our youth need the Word of God and the Gospel, not another program or more entertainment. Contrast what we typically give our teens with what what the Scripture commands: that young people become examples of walking the way of Jesus to the rest of the world; so much so that no one can look down on them.

So we seek to help students encounter the Word, Gospel, and life of Jesus in a way that transforms them so they can transform their world.

We do this through:

• Bible studies to give us knowledge of Jesus
• Prayer to deepen our relationships with Jesus
• Mentoring to challenge our lives with Jesus
• Service to spread the way of Jesus.

We meet Sunday nights at 6:00pm at the home of one of Jericho Road’s elder’s.
