As described in our letter, this ballot is your opportunity to alert the nomination team to those JRC folks you feel will make excellent leaders for the Ministry Leadership Team (MLT). You are free to nominate yourself, or anyone you know who is committed to JRC's mission and vision, with the exception of the nomination team members, the pastors (Kevin Engel & Jeff Klein), or their spouses. After prayer and discussion, the nomination team will select among nominees to have conversations with those they believe God is raising up to serve JRC on the MLT. From those, the nomination team will bring a slate of four people to the congregation for affirmation as the MLT. Thank you for prayerfully considering whom God is calling to serve.
